Che dire.... ritengo di aver mangiato pizze in quasi tutta Italia e, a parte qualche suola di scarpa che di napoletano ( per antonomasia le pizze sono napoletane) aveva solo la fantasia del pizzaiolo, qualche buona/ottima pizza l'ho mangiata; ora, della pizzeria Rock & Roll avevo provato le pizze che facevo ordinare da mio figlio con la consegna a domicilio ( anche se di quelle definite semplici comunque veramente ottime), ignoravo tutto il resto. Decido una sera di andarmela a mangiare direttamente in pizzeria.... la pizza appunto.... e sorpresa scopro tutto il menú..... in coppia ne ordiniamo due di quelle definite... speciali.... una favola.... l'impasto gli ingredienti con il giusto dosaggio, la bellezza di straordinari accoppiamenti di gusto e la bellezza della vista, insomma una cosa strabiliante, sicuramente da mettere al primo posto tra le pizze che ho mangiato comprese quelle mangiate a Napoli che dovrebbe essere tra l'altro la Città della pizza!! Provare per credere. prezzi molto bassi rispetto alla qualità dei prodotti.
